Traditional Dance Floors

Rent a traditional dance floor (maple color). Our floors are modern, stylish and affordable. We use a lightweight vinyl floor versus the traditional old, heavy, clunky wood floors.
The floor is low-profile to prevent guests from having a large step up onto the floor.

Our floors are made up of 3’x3’ panels. We can do square or rectangular shapes. Here are a few example sizes and prices:

Outdoor Flooring / Dance Floors on Grass

Looking to rent a dance floor for an outdoor event? If the dance floor is not going to be installed on a hard surface, you will need a sub-floor set up on the ground under the dance floor.
Our sub-flooring can also be rented as an inexpensive solution for outdoor event flooring (for example as a platform for a band, Dj or any vendors who need a real “floor.”

Pricing starts at $2/sqft. As an example a 15×15 sub-floor would be $450.
Dance Floor Sizes, Prices & Logistics
Our dance floors are made by Snap-Lock. The floor is a laminate material which is used by many event venues and event businesses. Our floors are typically rented as squares, but can be configured into any size (for example, we can do a 16x20 floor).
Indoor or Hard Surface Installation
No sub-floor needed. We can easily set up a dance floor indoors or on hard surfaces without a sub-floor. Our dance floors are available in 3’ increments, meaning 12x12, 15x15, 12x18, etc.
Grass Installation (Sub-floor Req)
Setting up a dance floor on grass or uneven surfaces can be tricky. We use a sub-floor for this. Please let us know if your floor will be covered by a tent or if you are planning on dancing outdoors under the stars.
Logistics:
For a typical event, we set up a few hours prior to your event and break down the following morning. This should work for most venues. If needed, we offer same-day service where we come back after the event which will incur an additional fee (hey, we like to sleep too!).
Typical Process:
Let’s say your event is 5pm - 11pm. We would set up your floor around 12-2pm and remove the following day 9-noon.
